compassion, family, and service to others have motivated their daughter Neha Munot to give back to society and create a meaningful impact.

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to the beginning of a dream – the ShashiGautam Munot Vatsalya
Foundation. This is not just a foundation—it’s a movement to revive what we are losing slowly—our families, our values,
and our responsibilities.
Today’s generation may be digitally connected, but emotionally distant. We see elderly parents, who once sacrificed
everything for their children, spending their last years in old age homes—lonely, forgotten. This is not our culture. This is
not our ‘sukh’ or true happiness.
We aim to transform this. Through parenting consultation, NLP workshops, and family value sessions, we will ensure
children grow up respecting and valuing their elders. We will empower parents to raise children with the right balance of
freedom and responsibility.
We also want to light hope in the lives of orphaned children—giving them education, opportunities, and a sense of
belonging. Our senior citizen empowerment platform will enable retirees to stay productive, earn with dignity, and
contribute to society.
And finally, through green initiatives, we will give our future generations a cleaner, greener planet.
